The 78704 collection is inspired by the South Congress area of Austin. The playhouse aesthetic in this collection is boho and of course has a food truck vibe. We have fond memories of walking from our previous home in Travis Heights over to the bustling, fun, food truck-filled parking lot and eclectic shops that line South Congress.
Our first playhouse in this collection is a magical, a-frame style playhouse with a boho vibe. This sweet playhouse has a market, loft, kitchen, and porch. The a-frame playhouse is available in two options: 1. The Open Air Model 2. The Closed Model

The Open Air A-Frame
This magical playhouse is constructed with all treated materials and painted with a crisp white exterior paint and a blush pink exterior paint (you have the option to customize the paint colors) for the front gate, awning, market, and playhouse interior floor. The adorable oversized half-round siding on the gable adds a touch of whimsy to this fun playhouse. Kids will enjoy hanging out in the loft or hosting a fancy tea party underneath. The market can transform into a coffee shop, bakery, or restaurant. The pretend play opportunities are endless!
The Closed A-Frame Playhouse
This magical playhouse has everything listed on the Open Air A-Frame playhouse description plus more. This model also comes with treated plywood interior walls, a Dutch door, a longer window awning, an a/c unit, a/c port plug, and sliding window shutters.
