The Hyde Park Collection
This collection is inspired by the quaint neighborhood of Hyde Park in Austin, Texas. This old Austin neighborhood is filled with charming, historical cottages and bungalows. There are three different models in this collection: the Quinn, the Maggie Mae, and the Evan Graham. While all three models are the same design structurally, each comes with different finishes. You have the option to purchase the playhouse without the accessories; or you can purchase the add-on package, I Ain’t Got Time For All That, which includes most items in the home. The gallery below features the styled version of the Quinn.
Models
The Quinn
This adorable home has two shades of mint green on the exterior half-rounds, and the body of the house is a crisp, bright white. The darker mint green color is used on the door, and the lighter mint green color is used on the sink cabinet and the refrigerator. When you enter the home, your eye immediately goes to the whimsical lemon linoleum flooring. The kitchen hood and ceiling beam are made of natural shiplap straight from our 1935 flip house in Victoria, Texas. Modern farmhouse lighting is on both the exterior and interior.
The Maggie Mae
The Maggie Mae is named after Shanna’s grandmother. This charming home has cedar shingles on the front gable, and the body of the house is a crisp, bright white. A soft shade of pink is used on the door, sink cabinet, and refrigerator. Upon entering this sweet home, your eye will immediately be drawn to the whimsical floral linoleum flooring. Vintage style lighting is used on both the exterior and interior of the Maggie Mae.
The Evan Graham
The Evan Graham is named after our son. This cute playhouse will either have cedar shingles or two shades of blue on the half-rounds and a crisp, bright white body color. The front door is painted with the lighter shade of blue. The sink cabinet and refrigerator are painted with the darker shade of blue. You can’t miss the fun insect linoleum flooring upon entering this unique space. Modern light fixtures are on both the exterior and interior of the Evan Graham.
