This whimsical playhouse measures 8 feet long by 6 feet deep and is 7 feet 7 inches tall. Delivery is free within 50 miles of central Austin. Each additional mile over the 50 miles is $5 per mile. We do not deliver outside of Texas. The sales tax is included in the listed price ($237.95 sales tax). This playhouse is constructed with all treated materials and the body of the playhouse is painted with a crisp white exterior paint and a blush pink exterior paint for the front gate, awning, market, and playhouse interior floor.
